Dissipative worksurface mats

Economat worksurface mats are available in two stock sizes, on rolls or to customer requirements. The stock sizes have two 7mm connecting points on a short side.

 

Economat

The two layer Economat rubber worksurface mat is constructed of a dissipative top layer with a conductive backing. The top layer is resistant to solvents, hot solder and soldering irons.

Mat & Table Top Cleaner

It is an absolute necessity to clean dissipative worksurfaces on a regular basis. This will prevent a too high SR caused by contamination.

• effectivley removes flux residues, oil, finger marks,grease, nicotine,dirt or grime and inorganic contaminants.

Dissipative & Conductive Flooring

When walking, people "tribocharge", building up static charges on their bodies. The body's static charge can safetly be drained to ground by wearing conductive shoes or a shoe grounder on each shoe when walking on a conductive floor or floor mat.

Polyflor Vinyl Floor Coverings

These are products that are designed to specific resistance requirements and are supplied in sheeting or tiles. Available in stock sizes as runners or cut to customer specification. Thickness 2 mm, roll size 2 x 20 meters, tile size 608 x 608 mm. Runners are supplied with 450 cm grounding cords, 1 Mohm resistor.

We also install complete factory or workshop floors, with a conductive grid underneath the sheeting or tiles that is connected to earth.

Snap Tool

This rugged, metal snap tool can be used to put 7 and 10mm connecting points in worksurface mats or floor mats.

 

Staticide floor finish system

Staticide Floor Finish System is a three step system for the ESD maintenance of floors, consisting of Staticide Dissipative Floor Stripper, Staticide Dissipative Cleaner and Staticide Floor Finish. Staticide Floor Finish features SR 10 ^8-9ohms, static decay <0,1 sec., charge generation 100V or less.

Field service kit

For maintenance or repair of electronic equipment in the field, a field engineer will always use a Field Service Kit to prevent ESD damage.

EBP Labels

IEC 61340-5-1 requires that grounding points are clearly designated. This can be done with EBP (Earth Bonding Point) and 
EGP ( Earth Grounding Point) labels.

One of the first requirements in ESD Control is to get rid of "normal" plastics. With this in mind the dissipative binders, ordercover and clipboard were designed.

Staticide Heavy Duty

Staticide is an inexpensive, easy-to-use topical dissipative solution and provides a highly effective method for long term static control.

• can easily be applied on walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, fixtures, worksurfaces, tools and equipment, conveyor belts, clothing and other materials
• meets or exceeds the ESD criteria of MIL-PRF-81705D and NFPA-56A
• works at a relative humidty of < 15%
